This might not be fair for tech writers too. I spent 5 min reading something earlier that was so helpful, while my screen was probably on a not helpful article yesterday for more than 30 minutes.

It took me longer for the one that’s not helpful because as I was troubleshooting something tech related I was trying to follow instructions and had to keep going back and making sure I was doing it right, before I finally gave up. The more articulate one that ended up solving my problem was written so clearly, I gave it so many claps earlier and commented to support it.

This new system might make tech writers go on forever because they’ll earn more?
